Caesar Salad Dressing
Our Spring weather here in Atlanta is being very fickle. Warm one day and cold the next – so – what does one recommend? Since a friend in California sent me this fantastic Caesar Salad Dressing recipe using Cultivated Tree Garlic Infused Olive Oil I thought it would be perfect. Serve it over a salad and have soup too if the weather is acting up! This oil is one of our favorite pantry staples – you can use it in almost anything, but most often I hear from customers that they use it to grill and roast. This Caesar Salad Dressing comes together in 5 minutes and you can then enjoy it over a classic plate of chopped Romaine, your preferred protein, croutons and shaved Parmesan. It is also delicious over grilled salmon – just pour it on when you are resting the fish!
