Well it is a new year once again …. Most of us pause for a moment and consider our DIET.

But how is one motivated towards a goal of (__fill in your goal__) when the focus is DIET: Did I eat that?

Food is fuel, food is pleasure, food is community; food should be health and it certainly is a necessity.  I challenge each of you to identify one aspect of your eating regime that “IS” working for you and your family – celebrate that for a moment, and then do more of that which you are doing right.
